Evaluation criteria

Peer reviewers

In scientific and academic publication, the quality of the contents is given mainly by the qualitative evaluation carried out by the peers of the discipline. Considering:

  • All scientific manuscripts will be evaluated by at least two (2) academic peers (external to the institution), professionals with a master's degree -at least- , with a recognized research trajectory and linked to a research institution, a center of higher education or an academic institution (national or foreign), that have published in indexed journals in the last three years. In the first instance, the members of the Scientific Committee will be called upon.
  • All manuscripts will be treated as confidential documents. The manuscript evaluation process is anonymous for the authors and the evaluators, which constitutes a double anonymity process (double blind): the evaluators do not know the identity of the authors and the authors also do not know the identity of the evaluators. Each manuscript will have at least two evaluators.
