Main Article Content
Abstract
In the present study the induction of seeds germination two weeks after sowing in the 1/2 MS medium supplemented by Tiamine 1 mg/l, Inositol 100 mg/l and using Naphthaleneacetic acid, ANA, 0.02 mg/l, Benzilaminopurine, BAP, 0.04 mg/l y Gibberellic acid, GA3, 0.05 mg/l as phytohormones was achieved. In the in vitro propagation and root settling phases the 1/2 MS medium was the most suitable growth medium related to the plantular elongation and root formation. The vitroplants in the hardening phase showed the better results on the used substrates -turba mixture, vermiculite, perlita, soil, rice husk, and Pinus patula bark-.
