Abstract

The network connectivity analysis of Bogotá's Main Ecological Structure -EEP- was determined by considering three spatial scales: regional, local and microscale. The regional scale determines the main elements that ecologically connect the EEP with the region. The local scale measures both connectivity and circuitry percentages of the EEP seen as a network and the effect of the matrix on the ecological corridors. Finally, the microscale weighs up the likelihood of environmental service flow through a connector. The results point out low structural connectivity of the EEP.
